LMTWV - Lightweight Modular Tracked Wheel Vehicles - 2017

This design was made for a Contest on how to move on Mars!

Without streets or roads over there, we need innovative stuff to deal with that unique and relentless environment!

I think it is a nice initial ideation, but to really be useful, as a starting point all those articulations would have to be done with flexible materials in order to be 'bulletproof' in that conditions and the aspect ratio between the closed and open conditions must be increased.

As some aspects of the contest weren't matching my values and I didn't have the time, the backing of a university or a research company: I didn't develop it for the later phases even after being approved in the first one.
